Cuddly Van Gogh has been in foster since the age of 3 days when he was dropped off with his mom and 3 siblings at a fire station.  
Van Gogh is such a lively and fun loving puppy. He is missing his one outer ear which is only cosmetic.  Because he is so fluffy though you can barely tell.  It gives him personality though.  He enjoys running around and playing with toys with his siblings.  What more can be said about this sweet boy?
