Silly Xavier has been in foster since the age of 3 days when he was dropped off with his momma and 3 siblings at a fire station.  Once his fluffiness emerged more, we found that his one ear will permanently stick up because he is missing half of the outer ear.  It is only cosmetic and actually makes him look like a permanent puppy.  He is very very playful with his siblings and loves toys that make a crinkle noise.  He is looking for a family who will focus on puppy training
