Kadie Hi there, I'm Kadi's mom. I adopted her Sat. April 6, 2019. Her foster family (Carey) raised such a loving, fun and energetic little puppy. She has fit into our family so well !!! My husband's bday is next month and I thought a puppy would be a great gift. We all hoped to adopt Kadie's brother but he was adopted by another loving family. I told John that he was adopted and like me we were sad but of course happy for the puppy. At this point Kadie was still available and without John's knowledge my adult daughter and I went to Carey's and fell in love with Kadie and adopted her!! My hubby was so surprised and delighted, when he got home!!!She was an awesome Bday gift!!! We had wonderful experience!! I was going to say it would have been more convenient to do all the paperwork at Carey's and have all my paper work given to me on the same day, but on the other hand by having to go to Petco at Tatum and Bell I got to meet Cheryl and she was very knowledgeable. So between Carey and her precious family and Cheryl, I went home feeling confident in raising Kadie. Thanks again, Nancy Mooney
Keaghan Hello AZ Small Dog Rescue! We wanted to follow up and let you know that things are going well so far with Keaghan and our other pups.
They're are coming around nicely. We're working on a couple small habits (nipping at feet and trying to chew carpets), but those are going well too.
We just catch him in action and use "no" and replace the action with a toy. So far our Iggy has given chase a couple times with him having a toy, so I only anticipate that to get more frequent and they play more.
The pug is still acting like a momma, she gets a toy the other dogs want it, she gives it up and grabs another, they want it, she drops it and moves to next one and rinse and repeat till she tires out and guess and rests. Lol
They all love their evening walks too! We've been going every night (to help that bonding effort) and that works really well. Keaghan and our Iggy keep the same pace with each other the entire walk and the pug hangs most of it and then slows a little bit. (after walk photo with them panting surrounded by toys)
We did our weekly vacuum and they all laid together without any issues for an hour or so (picture attached).
If you all have any questions, please let us know!
Best Regards

Kauffman Hi AZ Small Dogs Team, First let me say thank you for taking care of Kauffman before I was lucky enough to adopt him. I am baffled at how misunderstood he seems to have been by his previous owners, because this pup is absolutely incredible. Kauffman joined my pack with my other two dogs, Wrigley and Fenway, without a hitch. From the minute we re-introduced them all to each other, to the moments as I am writing this email, they have been thick as thieves. Fenway and Kauffman have a very special relationship, built on roughhousing and cuddles. Fenway is a high every dog, she’s has the black coat. She was a little frustrated with Wrigley because, although he does like to play, he would much rather cuddle or chew a toy in peace. Kauffman has been great for Fenway because he is always up to play with her. Wrigley and Kauffman also have a good bond so far. Even though they look alike, they are much different dogs. They’re both incredibly smart and independent, but Wrigley’s wisdom and patience is beginning to rub off on Kauffman. I’ve had Wrigley for 4 1/2 years and he has gone from an only dog, to being the big brother of two dogs under two years old in a six-month span. He’s been amazing to both Kauffman and Fenway, his temperament helped turned Fenway from an anxious dog to a very calm and loving dog. I feel like he is already started to do the same to Kauffman. Kauffman has been an incredible pup and I can say that I was able to imprint on him within an hour. He shows me respect, love and a ton of playfulness, which is the exact energy I am giving him in return. He is also super smart! He has learned sit, stay, down, come, shake and has almost mastered play dead. He’s still getting acclimated to sleeping in past 4 am, but we are working on that too. Thanks again for helping Kauffman get his life started, I will provide further updates anytime you ask!

Kenickie Hi, everything is going really well with Kenickie after his adoption. He's taken really well to everyone in the family and loves the dog bed we bought him and the toys we bought him as well.
Klondike Klondike (now named Bean) is living his best life now! This is his new best friend Lulu, they hang out all day and snuggle together. He is such a sweet and happy boy every single day and such a blessing in my life. Thank you for allowing me to adopt him, he really is the sweetest boy I’ve ever met!
