Memphis
Memphis

Good afternoon,

I adopted Memphis from you. We have renamed him Jax. He is thriving here at our home. He uses the doggy door, is walking well on a leash, and is getting along great with our other dog Scoots.

He has a vet appointment set for this Friday for his 3rd shot. His chip is registered and he is also registered with the County.

I have attached some pictures for you. He is a wonderful addition to our family and love him so much ðŸ˜Šâ¤

Maya Angelou

Hello,

Maya (now Susie) is doing great and we are in love with her. Attached are some photos for you to share! Have a good weekend!

Maisie

Hello!

We adopted Maisie, whom we now call Mavis or Mavie on 4/3/2020. She is getting along so well with her brother and has not been aggressive towards us, food or toys! We know she just needed lots of love and a comfortable home! She is the perfect addition to our family and we can’t imagine life without her.

Mackerel

FYi Mackerel, who is now called Gigi (wawa) or maybe Roomba because she cleans up the floor or maybe Roo because we swear she’s crossed with a kangaroo, is doing so very, very well. We brought her home on Thursday afternoon and she adjusted pretty much right away. We had just two accidents on the first day and that’s been it. She’s been going outside properly since. Our basset hound Mikey barked at her once on Thursday and she sat back and gave him space, and now they are standing next to each other just fine. They have taken a few walks together too and she lets him lead but likes to zoom ahead with me then run back. She is very fast! We always have her on a leash because we are paranoid of losing her. She is very comfortable in our home because she’s basically daddy’s girl and always next to Tony. :) My favorite picture of her so far, below, is the one I took at your shelter when she climbed into Tony’s lap and just gazed at him. And here are a couple of others. We’ll bring her to the vet next week and make sure she’s still recovering nicely from her kennel cough and go from there.

Thank you for helping us find such a sweet and loving dog. We cherish her and will take care of her for what we hope will be a good, long life.

Mulder

Little Mulder, now known as Roscoe is doing great! He did come up with a little upper respiratory infection but he is all good now. The first couple days were rough for him adjust to the hustle and bustle of our house but he eventually started to trust us. I’m so happy to have adopted him 💛  He is such a cuddle bug. He has been getting a bit territorial over me with my other dog but I think he just needs time to find his place in pack. I have been trying to crate train him but he doesn’t like that too much. Hasn’t had a single accident in the house though! He already knows to hold it in until we go outside. I can tell he will be trouble when he gets bigger. He’s a lot smarter than we all think 😂
