Camilleri is a 3.5 year old chihuahua dachshund mix looking for a loving forever home with a canine companion or two. Camilleri is one of 23 dogs who were recently rescue after being abandoned in a home. Arizona Small Dog Rescue has 11 of these dogs, one of whom is pregnant, and the other 12 were rescued by Lost Our Home rescue. All 11 dogs who came to AZSDR have been named after fallen officers who gave the ultimate sacrifice in the line of duty. Camilleri is one of the larger females in the group, weighing in at 16 pounds, but she is full of love to give! Camilleri is sweet as can be and eager to make friends and show her affection. She loves to mother smaller dogs and puppies! Camilleri has never been alone as an only dog, so she must have another dog in her home, or be adopted with a friend. Camilleri may need some time to adjust to a more structured life and will take patience and training. Camilleri would love to be part of a big family, so bring all dog friendly family members to meet her! She is spayed, up to date on vaccines, microchipped, and vet checked.
